Tagastamisõigus Tark Catering
In the case of Tark Catering's products, it is perishable and aging products, therefore the customer does not have the right to withdraw from the order (in accordance with VÕS § 53, paragraph 4, point 4).
If Tark Catering is unable to fulfill the order (either partially or completely), the seller will contact the customer and offer replacement products. The cost of the unfulfilled order will be returned within 7 (seven) days. Refunds are made to the same customer's current account from which the order was paid, unless the parties agree otherwise.
The seller is responsible for the compliance of the purchased products with the requirements within the sales period. The customer undertakes to notify the seller of the non-conformity of the products immediately upon receipt of the goods and upon discovery of defects, but no later than within 24 hours.
The seller is not responsible for any damage or any other consequences arising from incorrect data provided by the customer during the execution of the order, including delivery delay, if this is due to circumstances beyond the seller's control.
The seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the order or improper storage.
Disputes arising between the seller and the customer are resolved by the parties through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the customer has the right to contact the Consumer Protection Board (Pronksi 12, Tallinn 10117, www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee) and the Consumer Disputes Commission (Pronksi 12, Tallinn 10117, www.komisjon.ee) for an out-of-court settlement of the dispute, or the Harju County Court. In addition, the European Union's electronic environment ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) is open to all customers for resolving complaints with e-traders at ec.europa.eu/odr
