Ostutingimused Tark Catering

1. The customer of the service sends a request via the website www.tarkcatering.ee, via e-mail info@tarkcatering.ee, Facebook or phone +372 5558 8697. The following information must be added to the request: description of the event, venue, date, duration of the event, number of guests, menu preference and delivery method. After receiving the information, an offer will be prepared for the customer within 24-48 hours.

2. The order must be placed at least 2-3 working days before the deadline for receiving the food. If possible, we also fulfill orders submitted earlier or later.

3. You can pay for the order via the bank link of LHV, Luminor, Swedbank and SEB or to a current account based on the invoice sent to your e-mail.

3.1 Payment can only be made in euros.

4. The minimum order quantity is either 10 pieces or one tray, depending on the product.

5. The customer confirms the sent quotation in writing by e-mail. Based on the offer, Tark Catering OÜ reserves the right to submit an advance invoice to the customer of the service in the amount of at least 50% of the total amount of the offer. Tark Catering OÜ has the right to refuse to fulfill the offer if the advance payment is not received within the deadline. You can pay for the order either by transfer or in cash, the fulfillment of the order will start after the advance payment is received. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of the event. A fee for damaged or lost inventory will be added to the bill according to the valid price list. The customer's later wishes are accepted only if possible or on the basis of prior agreement. If the order is canceled, the money will not be refunded if there are less than 2 working days left to fulfill the order. Otherwise, 100% of the money will be returned.

6. Due to the limited realization time, Tark Catering is not responsible for the quality of the food brought from the party by the customer of the service. Food is served with disposable dishes that do not need to be returned after the event.

7. In the case of Tark Catering products, it is perishable and aging products, therefore the customer does not have the right to withdraw from the order (according to VÕS § 53 (4) point 4).

8. If Tark Catering is unable to fulfill the order (either partially or completely), the seller will contact the customer and offer replacement products. The cost of the unfulfilled order will be returned within 7 (seven) days. Refunds will be made to the same customer's current account from which the order was paid, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

9. Cars are used to store and transport products. If the customer orders warm snacks and bakery products from Tark Catering, it should be taken into account that these products may also reach the customer cooled (if delivery by courier has been ordered or the customer arrives later than agreed).

10. The seller has the right to set the minimum and maximum weight/quantity of the products that the customer can order.

11. Products are served on disposable trays or in disposable boxes.

12. In agreement with the seller, the customer can use the Tark Catering service, which is requested to be returned within 48 hours at the latest.

13. The realization time of the cakes is 72 hours, the products must be stored at a cold temperature of +2...+6 °C; the realization time of the food in the cold table is 4 hours.

14. The products may contain allergens, ask for more detailed information via email info@tarkcatering.ee or phone 5558 8697.

15. The Merchant is the controller of personal data, the Merchant transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the order is not in accordance with the submitted order conditions, Tark Catering OÜ has the right to cancel the order.

How to order?

When ordering online, the party table order must be submitted no later than 2-3 working days before the event. If possible, we also fulfill faster orders.

Ordering online:

1. Select the desired products and quantities. You can increase the quantity in the shopping cart. If kg is indicated in the product name, the minimum quantity of this product is If a tray is indicated in the product name, the minimum quantity of this product is 1 tray. If the quantity of the product is one piece, the minimum quantity is 10 pieces.

2. Go to "My Cart" and enter your contact information.

3. Choose the place where you want to receive the food.

4. Choose a payment method.

5. Choose the date and time when you want to receive the products, accept the terms.

6. Confirm the order.

7. After confirming the order, you will be directed to pay to the bank by selecting the bank link. If you chose to pay by invoice, an invoice will be sent to you by e-mail.

8. Make a payment at the bank. You will receive a confirmation of payment to your e-mail address. When using bank links, be sure to click the "Return to merchant" button after payment.

9. An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.

10. You can receive the paid goods at the desired time at the place chosen by you.
